Job Description Manage multiple commercial construction projects through planning, execution, and closeout phases Own project schedules, track progress, and resolve schedule-related issues with clients and stakeholders Oversee project financials, including change orders, cost control, and profitability management Lead Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings, document outcomes, and drive accountability Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery The Successful Applicant 2-5+ years of Project Manager experience within commercial construction Proven experience leading projects as the primary Project Manager Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and change order management Experience using Procore, PlanGrid, CMiC, and Microsoft Office Self-sufficient professional capable of managing client relationships and multiple projects simultaneously What's On Offer $120,000-$140,000 base salary + bonus + car allowance Annual bonus target of 10-12%, $600/month car allowance, and comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) benefits 3 weeks PTO, 9 holidays, 5 sick days, and 2 volunteer days annually High-growth environment with direct exposure to ownership, strong mentorship, and genuine advancement opportunities Contact: Mayela Romero Quote job ref: JN-102026-7127082
