Project Manager - Commercial Construction - Top LV GC

About the role

Lead large-scale commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, clients, and project teams. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role, mentoring junior team members and driving the successful delivery of some of Southern Nevada's most notable developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from planning and preconstruction through completion and handover.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement activities, and financial reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee project teams, providing leadership, direction, and mentorship to Project Engineers and Project Managers.
• Drive project performance, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule commitments are consistently achieved.
• Coordinate with field operations and executive leadership to resolve project challenges and maintain momentum.
• Monitor project risks and implement proactive solutions to support successful project outcomes.
• Support business growth through client engagement, collaboration, and exceptional project execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Proven success delivering large-scale projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop project teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in budget management, scheduling, contract administration, and subcontractor oversight.
• Experience within commercial, mixed-use, multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, education, office, or related construction sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency with construction management technology, including Procore and scheduling software.
• Strong problem-solving ability with a commitment to quality and operational excellence.
• Familiarity with the Las Vegas construction market is highly desirable.
• A collaborative, relationship-focused approach that aligns with a culture of integrity and teamwork.
