Construction Project Manager - Commercial GC

The Role

You will lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, serving as the central point of coordination for owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.

• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality for assigned projects
• Cook up subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure smooth execution
• Proactively identify and resolve project challenges
• Uphold Osman's high standards for safety, craftsmanship, and client satisfaction
• Build strong relationships that lead to repeat business and successful outcomes
