Construction Project Manager - Commercial General Contractor
About the Role
Lead and coordinate all phases of construction projects from planning through completion. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Serve as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Oversee quality control and compliance with safety standards. Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders. Identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a project manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficient with project management software and tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
