Project Manager - Commercial Construction

About the role

We are a $400M+ Commercial General Contractor seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee light industrial, big box retail, and medical office building projects. This is a local role with no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Manage ground-up commercial construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality control

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction management
• Proven track record managing light industrial, big box retail, or medical office building projects
