Project Manager - Commercial Construction

A well-established commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout. This role is ideal for a motivated construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Maintain exceptional client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent industry experience)
• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects for a general contractor
• Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration
• Experience with project management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar platforms
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commercial construction safety practices
