Project Manager - Commercial Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple construction projects while driving quality, schedule, and financial performance. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, thrives in a fast-moving environment, and is motivated to exceed client expectations. You’ll play a key role not only in executing projects but also in supporting business development efforts, maintaining client relationships, and helping secure future work.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with a commercial general contractor
• Experience managing retail or similar fast-paced project types preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field required
• Background in construction estimating and preconstruction processes
• Strong knowledge of contracts, cost control, and project execution
• Proficiency with tools like Procore, Excel, MS Project, or similar platforms
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• High sense of urgency and ownership mentality
• Willingness to travel as needed

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year
