Key Responsibilities
- Own the client relationship and oversee project execution from discovery to delivery.
- Manage scopes, budgets, and schedules while acting as the primary client contact.
- Lead kickoff meetings, status updates, and delivery presentations.
- Align client goals with production capabilities and marketing strategy.
- Forecast resource needs and collaborate with department leads for allocation.
- Identify and communicate scope changes, growth opportunities, and renewal options.
- Track performance metrics, report progress, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Blayzer’s project processes and client service model.
Qualifications
- 4–7 years of blended experience in project management and account management within a digital agency.
- Strong technical understanding of web and eCommerce ecosystems (Shopify, BigCommerce, WordPress, etc.).
- Prominent track record of managing multiple clients and complex web builds simultaneously.
- Advanced communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Experience with Zoho, Basecamp, and time tracking/reporting systems.

- End-to-end project success (timeline, scope, margin).
- Client growth and satisfaction.
- Internal team performance and collaboration efficiency.
