Account Manager/ Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Consistently developing innovative and creative ideas and solutions for client campaigns
- Building client relationships; listen and understand individual client requirements and consistently meeting if not exceeding their expectations
- Developing a clear understanding of your clients' brand(s), category and customers
- Making sure you monitor and understand your clients' markets; be aware of market issues and competitive activity
- Keeping clients informed; ensure reports are on time and are kept in a central location so the rest of the team can locate if necessary
- Aiding in creating project briefs; briefing in and working with members of the wider team to develop an idea, strategy or campaign tactic; presenting and selling that idea to the client
- Assisting with the production of client reviews with senior clients
- Ensuring the overall quality of the final deliverables on projects that you manage
- Maintaining a central file of essential client information
- Managing timelines
Requirements
- This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week in office required.
- 2-5 years of proven agency experience (with social agency or client experiences preferred)
- Budget management
- The ability to multi-task
- The ability to think strategically and scrappy
- Comfortable being in and leading the day-to-day work of account management
- Culturally connected — you love all things social!
Qualifications
This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week in office required. 2-5 years of proven agency experience (with social agency or client experiences preferred).
Skills
- Agency experience, with a mix of production and social marketing experience
- Experience working on large accounts is preferred due to the fast-paced environment
- A strong understanding of social channels and ATL production
- Influencer/talent work is a plus

Pay
SALARY RANGE $70,000 - $92,000 per year
