Project Lead 1

About the role

This is not a highly technical IT delivery role. It is primarily a project leadership and coordination position focused on planning, stakeholder engagement, governance, reporting, process improvement, risk management, and ensuring projects remain on schedule and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, risk and issue logs, action item trackers, and executive status reports.
• Lead or coordinate cross-functional and cross-divisional projects.
• Manage stakeholders, facilitate meetings, communicate effectively, and prepare reports.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Document, organize, and ensure accountability for project deliverables.

Requirements

• PMP certification is mandatory.
• At least 3 years of project coordination or project management experience.
• Strong stakeholder management, meeting facilitation, communication, and reporting skills.
• Experience with process improvement initiatives and Microsoft ecosystem tools such as Planner, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Power BI, Visio, Power Automate, Power Apps.

Qualifications

• Large enterprise or public-sector environments.
• Process improvement and modernization initiatives.
• AI, automation, or digital transformation projects.
