Role Summary

The Project Lead 1 oversees medium-scale projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timely execution, and clear communication across teams. The role requires strong coordination, structured documentation, and the ability to maintain project momentum while navigating risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution across multiple divisions
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and action logs
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration and support consensus building
• Prepare and deliver project updates, leadership presentations, and status reports
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; recommend mitigation strategies
• Maintain comprehensive documentation including meeting notes, dashboards, and reports
• Promote accountability, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion
• Coordinate with internal teams, leadership, vendors, and external partners
