Project Houseperson - Housekeeping
Job Overview
The Project Houseperson is responsible for shampooing and extracting carpets, grout, window, and furniture cleaning, and other projects as assigned. This person must have good communication and organization skills, be able to work independently, lift heavy items on a consistent basis, and cover shifts for houseperson or public area attendant as needed. Must be able to work overnight as needed to complete special projects.
Qualifications
- Ability to understand and provide friendly guest service.
- Ability to understand and comply with proper cleaning techniques, procedures, and brand standards.
- Knowledge of the following cleaning machines: Extractor, Hi-Lo Speed Bonnet & Buffing Machine, Spot Extractor, Wide Area Vacuum.
- Timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Attention to details with good organizational and efficient time management skills.
- Consistent professional attitude and behavior with effective listening and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible and efficient.
- Flexible schedule to include, morning, evening, and overnight.
Wage Information
The salary range for this position is $23.00 to $29.90. The starting hourly rate is $23.00. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, including experience, qualifications, and education.
