Skills, Requirements, Education And Experience
- Education: High school diploma or GED required, associate degree or certification in business administration, office management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred, preferably in the construction, engineering, or industrial sectors.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, familiarity with construction-related software, database management experience, and basic knowledge of accounting/payroll systems.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage and maintain large volumes of documentation, including drawings, contracts, permits, and invoices, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills needed, as well as strong interpersonal abilities to work effectively with project managers, field staff, vendors, and clients.
- Problem Solving and Adaptability: Ability to identify and resolve administrative or logistical issues quickly, especially when it comes to document control, scheduling conflicts, or procurement challenges.
- Regulatory Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of relevant regulatory requirements, such as OSHA standards, and permitting helpful.
