About the role
Project Admins are responsible for record keeping, data entry, document preparation, presentation development, meeting coordination, and special projects. They provide customer service to internal and external customers and are responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy: EmployeesValueExecutionRelationships.
Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support for project manager
- Processes permits, contracts, stored material, billings, weekly timecards, change orders, subcontracts, lien waivers, certificate of insurance
- Performs Doc Control, assists with Audit compliance
- Certified payroll reporting, MWESB report, Workforce reporting & MER/MUR’s
- Updates Spectrum with estimates, contract changes, subcontracts, phasing, and cost projections
- General Job set up on and off site
- Performs additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- A working knowledge of office procedures and word processing software at a level normally acquired through completion of an associate degree in a business or office related discipline and three years’ experience providing administrative support
Skills
- Strong organizational skills and continual attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing material
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects in a timely manner
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive, confidential situations
- Advanced skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Effective communication, both orally and in writing
- Excellent punctuation, spelling, and grammar skills
- Ability to maintain highly confidential and sensitive information
