About the role
Responsible for designing and overseeing geotechnical projects in the Salisbury, MD area.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site investigations and analyze soil conditions
- Develop and review engineering designs for infrastructure projects
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure project compliance with safety standards
- Prepare reports and presentations for clients and regulatory bodies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or related field
- PE license required
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Skills
- Geotechnical engineering software (e.g., GSI-Log, GeoStudio)
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
