PROJECT FINANCIAL ANALYST – CLARITY PPM

Job Summary Seeking a Project Financial Analyst to manage IT project budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, financial reporting, and governance. The role involves coordinating with Project Managers, PMO, finance teams, and stakeholders to ensure accurate financial planning and budget compliance. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage project cost plans, budgets, and forecasts.Track budgeted, approved, and actual costs; analyze financial variances.Manage funding requests, approvals, monthly accruals, and non-labor cost reclassifications.Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports.Monitor project, support, and enhancement financials.Coordinate with PMO, IT Budget Controllers, and Project Managers to resolve financial discrepancies.Ensure compliance with financial governance and budgeting processes. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Strong experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.Hands-on experience with Clarity PPM is preferred; experience with an equivalent PPM tool is mandatory (Planview, ServiceNow PPM, MS Project Online, Oracle PPM, etc.).Experience with SAP, advanced Excel, and financial reporting.Experience in IT projects, PMO, or financial governance.
