Financial Analyst
About the role
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our strategic team, working closely with Epic's customers. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with diverse colleagues across various departments. The ideal candidate will gain extensive exposure to different finance functions and build lasting relationships with customer executives and leadership teams.
Responsibilities
- Own all financial aspects of the Epic-Customer relationship, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Work cross-functionally to anticipate and communicate financial considerations to stakeholders.
- Proactively track, forecast, and escalate financial matters to ensure the financial health of Epic and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, and 2+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis or a similar role. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.
Qualifications
Experience with financial modeling, Excel, and ERP systems is preferred. Knowledge of healthcare finance and familiarity with Epic’s ecosystem are advantageous.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment are required.

Pay
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. Stock options and other equity incentives are also provided.
Schedule
The position is full-time and based in Madison, WI. Relocation to the area is provided, and financial assistance is available.
