Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Support P&L forecasting, performance reporting, and variance analysis
• Analyze business drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities impacting EBITDA
• Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses for leadership and sales teams
• Track progress toward sales, margin, and operational targets
• Partner cross-functionally to align financial results with operational activity
• Aid with budgeting, reforecasting, and special projects, including M&A or integration-related analytics as needed
• Help improve reporting processes, data quality, and analytical tools through continuous improvement efforts
• Be able to develop new reporting models and enhance legacy models
• Perform ad hoc reporting, analysis, and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or similar field
• 2–4 years of relevant financial, analytical, or related experience
• Experience with AI and AI tools
• Strong Excel skillset; experience with Power BI or other analytics tools is a plus
• Ability to synthesize large datasets into clear, concise insights
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
