Overview
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our global Finance team. This team leads with impact—delivering insights, enabling strategy decisions, and supporting financial performance across Sabre’s business. Responsibilities
- Financial reporting and forecasting: Responsible for detailed analysis of actual and forecasted performance and root cause of any variances. Provides granular reporting at a product level.
- Annual multi-year planning process: Manages the annual multi-year planning process, closely collaborating with business unit product owners.
- Closely coordinate with accounting/billing/tax department to ensure financials are accurately reported.
- Financial analysis: Develops product/pricing profitability models and analyzes results. Supports ad-hoc requests from the Product SVP and its Directors.
- Supports strategic projects: Supports the creation of Business cases during Product investment plan and throughout the year.
Preferred Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor’s degree or MSF in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field of study.
- One year of applicable analytical experience.
- Demonstrated advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; SAP, Essbase, and database application skills highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Results-oriented to ensure deliverables are submitted in an accurate, complete, and timely fashion.
- Desire and tenacity to grow within the organization.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Outstanding critical thinking, problem solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Confidence, business maturity, and presence to work independently and collaborate effectively across all levels.
