Financial Analyst

About the Role

The Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis. Working closely with finance and operational leaders, you will develop financial models, prepare executive reports, analyze business performance, and help drive strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting activities.
• Develop and maintain financial models for planning, cash flow, and scenario analysis.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for leadership.
• Analyze revenue, operating expenses, headcount, and key financial metrics.
• Collaborate with business leaders to validate forecasts and monitor KPIs.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and capital projects.
• Affiliate with process improvements, reporting automation, and financial planning enhancements.
• Maintain data accuracy across financial systems and planning tools.
• Support month-end and quarter-end financial reporting activities.
• Provide actionable insights to support business performance and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or financial analysis.
• Strong financial modeling and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience working with ERP or financial planning systems; NetSuite experience is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
