The RoleAs a Project Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of construction operations, meeting project goals, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure efficient project delivery within the specified timelines and budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction operations, excellent leadership abilities, and exceptional organizational skills. This opportunity has the potential to be hybrid after training is completed.What you will accomplishOversee Construction Operations: Manage and oversee the day-to-day operational activities of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets.Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including project managers, site supervisors, and administrative staff, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure optimal performance.Project Planning and Execution: Collaborate with project teams to develop detailed construction plans, set project milestones, and allocate resources effectively. Ensure projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.Budgeting and Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-control measures to optimize resource allocation and ensure financial objectives are met.Quality and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Implement and enforce best practices for quality control, risk mitigation, and safety protocols.Vendor and Supplier Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors. Evaluate vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and manage procurement processes.Problem Solving: Identify and address operational issues, challenges, and bottlenecks promptly. Develop effective solutions and contingency plans to minimize disruptions and maintain project progress.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and cost-saving initiatives. Implement strategies to enhance productivity and streamline construction operations.Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely information flow. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to resolve project-related issues and ensure client satisfaction.Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Ensure construction activities comply with all legal and regulatory requirements. What we would like you to haveHigh school diploma or GED required. Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field (preferred).Strong computer skills, especially in; Microsoft Office, Project, Outlook, Excel, and Construction Software Procore, Sage.Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and industry best practices.Solid understanding of construction-related regulations, permits, and safety standards.Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in project management software and tools.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
