Project Executive
Summary
The Project Executive is accountable to the Regional Operations Manager/VP for the financial results and client satisfaction on a large complex project. Main point of contact with the client. Defines staffing requirements and business processes, procedures and systems as required to fulfill project goals. Drives efficient and effective interface amongst functional teams and client. Defines and is responsible for achievement of project SQP goals, contributes to the development and implementation of company-wide initiatives, develops co-workers and participates in the business development and planning. Responsible for safety on the projects by perpetuating the IIF culture.

- Leads the Project Team in the Preconstruction Process
- Develops Project Functions and Processes
- Maximizes Utilization of Project Resources
- Accountable for All Facets of Profit and Loss
- Manages Project Interfaces
- Accountable for Project and BURG Safety and for Risk Management Process
- Accountable for Meeting and Exceeding Client Expectations
- Directs and Oversees Staff
- Ensures a Safe Work Environment
- Participates in Training/Certifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and 15 years of construction experience, or 20 years of construction related experience.
- 10 years of experience as a Project Manager.
