Project Coordinator, SRS

About the role

The PROJECT COORDINATOR, SRS, Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Lab, coordinates and performs operational and administrative activities for programs and projects within MIT's CSAIL. This role works alongside the Improbable AI Lab, and will help facilitate research at the forefront of artificial intelligence and robotics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and performs operational and administrative activities for programs and projects within MIT's CSAIL.
• Works alongside the Improbable AI Lab to support groundbreaking research in artificial intelligence and robotics.
• Ensures smooth operations and enables collaboration among team members.
• Helps advance projects that are shaping the future of AI and robotics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• A minimum of two years of administrative and/or project/program management experience
• Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines
• Proficiency with collaboration tools, project management software, and documentation platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
