About the role

As our Project Coordinator and Operations & Reporting Analyst, you'll play a key role in supporting a major financial services client by keeping our operational processes organized, accurate, and moving forward. You'll work closely with teams across delivery, finance, and HR, becoming the go-to person for tracking updates, maintaining reports, and ensuring everything stays aligned. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build strong operational, reporting, and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Keep day-to-day operations on track and organized
  • Maintain Excel trackers for resources, financials, invoicing, and project delivery
  • Build and update reports, dashboards, and summaries for leadership
  • Support invoice tracking and validation with finance partners
  • Ensure data is accurate, consistent, and up to date across all systems
  • Follow up with internal teams to gather information and keep workflows moving
  • Help with onboarding/offboarding tasks and maintain documentation
  • Look for ways to improve how we track, report, and operate

Requirements

  • Strong Excel skills — you're comfortable with formulas, pivot tables, and working with large datasets
  • A sharp eye for detail and accuracy
  • Great organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Clear communication and a collaborative mindset
  • Comfort working independently and staying proactive
  • A sense of ownership — you like to take initiative and follow things through

Qualifications

  • To be successful in this role, you should have 1–3 years in operations, reporting, administration, or similar roles
  • Hands-on experience with Excel based reporting
  • Exposure to invoicing, financial tracking, or account operations
  • Experience working with teams like delivery, finance, or HR
  • A background in a corporate or enterprise environment
  • Familiarity with financial services (a plus, not required)

Desired Qualifications

To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $42,600.00 - $105,300.00.
