Key Responsibilities

  • Support the NSI Portfolio Manager with day-to-day management of the NSI project portfolio.
  • Track NSI project status across the active project portfolio.
  • Support archiving of NSI Design Review/Program Review (DR/PR) and Gateway (GW) Review materials.
  • Prepare materials in support of NSI Portfolio Reviews.
  • Perform data mining and extraction using Excel and Power BI to support portfolio reporting and analysis.

Team Structure & Collaboration

  • Sits within the Core Components organization of the Large Power Systems Division.
  • Reports to the Core Components NPI Manager, who currently has 8 direct reports.
  • Works daily with the NSI Portfolio Manager, who serves as work director and reports to the NPI Manager.
  • Regular interaction with NSI Leads, Strategy Leads, Engineers, and Project Management Office staff.

  • This is a full-time, in-office role with flexibility to support work-life balance and a global work schedule.

Requirements

  • Candidate Requirements:
  • Education & Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree required in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Technology (Mechanical, Industrial), Technical Communications, or a relevant technical field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with the MS Office suite of tools (required). Ability to use Power BI to generate reports (required).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work effectively within defined processes. Highly organized with the ability to work independently. Ability to communicate detailed information concisely, including executive summaries. Ability to communicate upward to key leaders and managers (desired). Desire for personal and professional growth (desired).

Salary Expectations

43,000-45,000 per annual
