About the Opportunity

The Project Coordinator supports the advisory practice by coordinating activities across workforce transformation projects. This role helps ensure smooth project execution through scheduling, documentation, reporting, travel coordination, and client support, enabling consultants to focus on delivering effective solutions and outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive project coordination to support Principal Consultants and client engagements.
  • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings, workshops, and other activities across multiple client projects.
  • Perform general administrative duties using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Mural, and Outlook.
  • Assist with preparing statistical reports, presentations, and client-facing materials.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and manage related expense reporting.
  • Prepare client invoices and process business expenses accurately and promptly.
  • Arrange conference calls, virtual meetings, and events associated with client engagements.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and ensure information is communicated to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Support consultants and project teams with administrative and coordination needs as priorities evolve.
  • Handle confidential client and business information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Adaptable and comfortable managing changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Mural.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience using Excel PivotTables and VLOOKUP for data collation and analysis.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain professional relationships with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.

Pay

Salary range: $40,000–$50,000 per year, with bonus potential.
