Job Summary
The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of marketing and communications initiatives across Montage Health under the direction of the Manager of Creative Services. Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Marketing & Communications department, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
- Manage project intake, prioritization, and workflow systems to support cross-functional marketing and communications initiatives.
- Cook up with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely execution of campaigns, collateral, and digital assets.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure initiatives stay on track and within scope.
- Lead project status updates, tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource needs across multiple initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving bottlenecks to maintain momentum and deadlines.
- Establish and enforce project workflows, governance standards, and change management processes.
- Monitor project performance and drive continuous improvement through post-project evaluations and process optimization.
- Own the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and project management best practices.
- Serve as a liaison between creative, marketing, and communications teams to ensure seamless execution of integrated campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Experience:
- Five or more years of professional experience in marketing operations, project management, or creative services coordination, preferably within healthcare.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines.
- Experience in creative production and traffic coordination, preferably in marketing and/or communications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Asana).
- Experience with budget tracking, vendor management, and contract administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and multiple concurrent projects.

Pay Range (based on years of applicable experience): $35.58 to $47.60
The hours employees work determine when a shift differential is paid.
Hourly Evening Shift Differential: $3.62
Hourly Night Shift Differential: $5.42
