Marketing Generalist (Senior Associate) Position Overview Experience Level: 3-5 years Locations: Washington, DC; San Francisco, CA; New York, NY Employment Type: Contract About The Role Our client, a Big 4 Consulting firm, is seeking a Marketing Generalist (Senior Associate) to support webcasts, video shoots, and related multimedia projects. This role helps coordinate intake, timelines, schedules, stakeholder communications, production logistics, and follow-up — working closely with the Multimedia Strategy & Production team, marketers, speakers, vendors, and business stakeholders to keep projects organized, on track, and aligned to brand standards. Responsibilities Maintain project trackers and provide weekly status updates on priorities, risks, next steps, and decisions neededPrepare meeting agendas and recaps, and capture action itemsCoordinate speaker prep and shoot logistics for video and webcast productionManage files and version control, including proper shared-drive storage and naming conventionsRoute materials for review and manage related stakeholder communicationsSupport team ways of working, including use of email for materials requiring review or future reference Ideal Candidate Organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple deadlinesExperience in marketing, communications, events, webcasts, video production, or project coordinationComfortable owning workstreams, managing stakeholder communications, and helping escalate risks or process gaps (Manager level) Requirements High school diploma required
