About The Job

The Marketing Project Coordinator serves as the operational backbone of the Marketing team, helping ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational priorities. Working closely with the Marketing Director and cross-functional partners, you'll coordinate project timelines, facilitate communication, organize marketing resources, and support the successful execution of campaigns and strategic initiatives. Success in this role requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping projects moving efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables stay on track
  • Support the Marketing Director in planning, prioritizing, and executing department initiatives
  • Serve as a liaison between Marketing and internal stakeholders to ensure projects remain aligned and on schedule
  • Monitor project milestones, identify risks, and proactively remove roadblocks
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, project documentation, and follow-up action items
  • Process invoices, purchase requests, and financial documentation
  • Maintain organized marketing assets, project files, and shared resources
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns, content initiatives, and other departmental projects
  • Recommend process improvements that increase efficiency and strengthen project execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Two or more years of experience coordinating marketing, creative, or project-based work
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience collaborating across multiple departments and stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with project management or marketing workflow tools is a plus
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail
