About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Coordinator I to join our dynamic team. This position will be embedded in a project team, assisting with model generation, presentation creation, and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Aid in generating design ideas and participating in design charrettes
• Create graphics and presentations for clients
• Generate renderings in various technologies
• Assemble sets of construction documents
• Implement sustainability best practices on projects
• Participate in owner's meetings
• Lead and organize special projects from an organizational standpoint
• Work collaboratively in a team environment

Requirements

• College graduate with relevant degree
• 0-3 years of relevant experience
• Required experience with Revit and SketchUp

Qualifications

• Passion for learning and improvement
• Willingness to work in a team environment
• Ability to communicate effectively

Skills

• Proficiency in 3D modeling tools (SketchUp, Revit)
