Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Purchase equipment for all temperature control projects.
- Process new project bookings from sales into accounting system.
- Aid in month-end closing procedures.
- Monthly progress billings for construction projects.
- Establish and maintain cordial and functional relationships with factories and suppliers.
- Collect stock transfers from inventory and input to accounting job cost system.
- Serve as reliable integrated backup Project Administrator.
- Provide general administrative support for BI division.
- Maintain project parts files with purchase orders, inventory transfers, invoices, bill of material, and transmittal information for 2-3 Project Managers projects.
- Ensure that job tax schedules and certified payroll rates are correct and updated, as necessary.
- Issue subcontracts as required and review/approve their invoices.
- Input change order estimates and SOWs.
Qualifications
- 2 years business school or 5 years related work experience.
- Computer literacy with specific experience using MS Office Products - Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Physical Requirements
