Project Coordinator I

About the role

We are searching for a Project Coordinator I to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of related experience in project coordination or management support.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the project team consisting of a project manager, site managers, safety manager, and quality control manager to assist with service orders, document control, client meetings, customer meetings, subcontractor meetings, and team support.
• Assist with managing multiple service orders simultaneously and handling deadlines effectively.
• Handle customer-facing meetings and internal coordination tasks.
• Communicate and liaise with the project team, clients, customers, and subcontractors.
• Learn and assist with the technical aspects of projects and project close-out.
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited College or University
• 1+ years of related experience in project coordination or management support
• Proficiency in MS Office, Internet Explorer, Adobe Acrobat, and Newforma preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with project team, clients, customers, and subcontractors
• Ability to handle multiple service orders simultaneously and manage deadlines effectively
• Willingness to learn technical aspects of projects and assist with project close-out
• Desire to learn and grow professionally

Pay

Starting base pay may vary depending on the scope and level of position, geographic location, candidate skill, knowledge and experience. Additional cash incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a range of medical, financial and/or other benefits dependent on position offered.

Schedule

All Pond & Company positions require participation in at least one in-person interview as part of our hiring process, and most roles also require in-person onboarding at a Pond office location; candidates should expect to meet directly with our team and should be cautious of any communication suggesting otherwise.
