Project Coordinator– HR Hiring Ramp Support

About the role

This role supports the execution of a large-scale HR hiring ramp. The Project Coordinator will track, coordinate, and adhere to processes to ensure consistent candidate flow, visibility, and execution across the hiring lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Maintain real-time tracking of candidate pipeline (status, stage, ownership)
• Monitor candidate progression across screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Schedule and coordinate interviews across stakeholders
• Track Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for resume review, interview feedback, and disposition timelines
• Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and status updates
• Monitor shared inboxes, queues, and intake channels
• Follow up on outstanding actions to ensure timely execution
• Support onboarding coordination (background checks, system access, equipment readiness)
• Ensure data accuracy across systems (ATS, trackers, reporting tools)

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• 2–5 years of experience in operations, coordination, or analyst roles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to operate in structured, process-driven environments

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) systems, tracking tools, and reporting
• Experience supporting HR, recruiting, or workflow-based processes

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $31,700.00 - $52,300.00.
