Project Coordinator 1

Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Oversee, review, complete, and process project management forms, documents, databases, and related information
• Serve as a liaison for client project needs, providing guidance and recommended actions to internal teams to ensure successful project setup
• Direct client calls and requests to the appropriate Project Manager for follow-up
• Schedule and enter bottle orders into the container order system based on client sample needs
• Review login dashboards and update information and confirmations as needed
• Assist with project management and cross-functional initiatives, including budgets, timelines, materials, staffing, and project requirements
• Interpret and apply department policies and procedures; assist with compliance to applicable laws, rules, and regulations with guidance as needed
• Contribute to departmental efficiency by offering suggestions for improvements
• Promote the mission through professional, courteous, and cooperative interactions with clients and coworkers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, chemistry, biology, or a closely related field
• One (1) year of customer service experience
• Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Well-organized with strong attention to detail and task prioritization

Pay

$15.00 per hour. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s geographic location, relevant experience, education, skills, and alignment with internal equity. Market conditions, budgetary considerations, and organizational compensation guidelines may also influence the final offer.
