Job Description Summary
This role is responsible for managing end-to-end implementations of Scribe product upsells, ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality delivery that aligns with client goals and business objectives. The individual in this position collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication throughout the implementation lifecycle. In addition to leading Scribe upsell projects, this role plays a key part in supporting the Project Manager team during new client onboarding, helping to streamline processes, enhance client satisfaction, and ensure a smooth transition into the platform. This position contributes directly to the overall success of the Client Services - Implementation team by driving operational excellence and client success.
Scribe Upsell Implementations (40%)
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication with the client.
- Ensures timely and high-quality delivery of Scribe product upsells.
Project Setup/Admin (40%)
- Updates, customizes, and administers all aspects of projects within the assigned medical specialty.
- Maintains and monitors multiple simultaneous projects to ensure a smooth transition to the Project Manager.
Kick-off Call Coordination/Kick-off Call Co-Ownership (10%)
- Responsible for coordinating with key stakeholders to schedule and perform the initial kick-off call.
Administrative Work/Ad Hoc Requests (5%)
- Provides critical support to the Project Manager team by handling various administrative tasks and ad hoc requests as needed.
Processes with RPA Tools (5%)
- Leverages RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools and applies independent judgment on project deliverables.
Skills & Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to produce high KPI metric results and successful service delivery functions.
- Capability to complete tasks efficiently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Committed to providing high-quality customer service with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Comprehensive knowledge of desktop hardware, software applications, operating systems, and network connectivity.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.
- Project coordination experience.
- Experienced in using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Cloud Coach, Smartsheet, and similar tools.
