Project Architect/ Architectural Designer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Preparing and developing drawings in Revit and/or AutoCAD
• Assisting with design studies, space planning, and project documentation
• Coinciding with internal team members, consultants, and project managers
• Sustaining construction documents and detailing
• Participating in code research and technical problem-solving
• Auxiliarying during construction administration, including submittals, RFIs, and field observations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of architectural experience
• Degree in architecture, architectural technology, or related experience
• Experience with Revit and/or AutoCAD
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a project team
• Willingness to work in-office
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Learning how healthcare projects move from early planning through construction
• Wants to grow in architecture, not stay stuck doing repetitive production work
• Interested in healthcare design and meaningful project work
• Enjoys both design thinking and technical problem-solving
• Wants exposure to real projects, clients, consultants, and construction
• Likes being part of a smaller team where their contribution matters
• Takes ownership, asks good questions, and wants to keep learning
