Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects through Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, bidding and permitting, and Construction Administration.
  • Develop, coordinate, and produce complete Revit-based construction document sets.
  • Collaborate with internal team members, clients, contractors, and consultants.
  • Coincide with consultant disciplines and maintain alignment among the project team.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and competing priorities.
  • Participate in site visits, respond to RFIs, review submittals, and support construction-phase activities.
  • Mentor and support less-experienced staff while contributing to the firm's collaborative culture.

Qualifications

  • At least five years of post-graduate professional experience in architecture.
  • A professional degree in architecture, including a B.Arch or M.Arch.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit.
  • A strong understanding of building systems, detailing, construction documentation, and construction processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to guide a project from early design through construction.
  • Ability to work independently while remaining actively engaged with a collaborative project team.
  • Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
