Project Architect / Architectural Designer

About the role

Responsible for overseeing the design and construction of architectural projects from concept through completion. Manage project teams, ensure compliance with building codes and standards, and collaborate with clients and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead design teams in developing innovative architectural solutions
• Manage project budgets and schedules
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into architectural designs
• Ensure adherence to local building codes and industry standards
• Oversee construction phases to ensure quality and timely completion
• Prepare and present project proposals and design concepts to clients and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum 8 years of professional architecture experience
• Experience managing large-scale projects
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural software
