Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of project managers and continuous improvement professionals (Lean/Six Sigma).
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and structured problem-solving.
- Support the development of Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence capabilities across the organization.
- Manage and prioritize a global portfolio of strategic and operational excellence initiatives.
- Lead and support cross functional transformation projects, including: E2E supply chain optimization, Network and inventory strategy improvements, Digital and system enablement initiatives, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Identify systemic issues and drive structured root cause resolution.
- Partner with leaders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Commercial, Finance, IT, and Customer Experience.
- Support cross regional initiatives to harmonize best practices and deploy scalable solutions.
- Provide structure, tracking, and transparency for major programs to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and with measurable value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 10–12+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, with progressive leadership responsibilities.
- 5+ years direct people leadership experience preferred.
- Experience supporting or leading S&OP process improvements at regional or global scale.
- Demonstrated ability to influence cross functional teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Strong background in project/program management and continuous improvement.
- Strong knowledge of ERP and planning systems (SAP, IBP, MES, Blue Yonder, or similar).
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills across global teams.
