Job Responsibilities
- Oversight of project progress, status, budget, and resource utilization for multiple projects.
- Notifies Project Manager concerning any deviations from plan.
- Works with Project Manager(s) to identify and plan resources needed to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Communicates project status to project leaders and stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Administers execution of the project plan and schedule for rolling out a new or modified system or product, creating system documentation such as documentation manual, FAQs, and user’s guide.
- Schedules and facilitates the kick-off meeting for each project, communicating purpose of the project, as well as project status meetings.
- Helps project team establish milestone dates and tracks that milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IS or related field.
- Minimum three years of experience, preferably in a retail/hospitality environment.
- Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
- Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
