Project Administrator

Responsibilities

• Aid employees with orientation and gather necessary information for onboarding and payroll.
• Utilize internal onboarding software and maintain basic spreadsheets.
• Cook up coordination with project managers and payroll staff.
• Serve as the point of contact for tradesmen during onboarding.
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support general office functions within the trailer environment.

Essential Skills

• 2+ years of administrative or clerical experience.
• Proficiency with basic spreadsheets and internal onboarding software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Any industry experience acceptable; construction experience is a plus.

Work Environment

• The work takes place in an air-conditioned construction trailer that functions as a full office.
• The position requires 40 hours per week with some overtime and occasional Saturdays.
• Typical start times range from 6–8 AM.
• You will be working collaboratively with approximately 8 people onsite, including project managers and payroll staff.

Job Type & Location

• This is a Contract position based out of Saline, MI.

Pay And Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $29.00/hr.
