About the role
The Project Administrator facilitates and collaborates in the planning, execution, and support of project schedules. They provide administrative coordination, serve as the primary point of contact, and act as a liaison for the assigned project.
Responsibilities
- Plans, coordinates, and promotes events related to assigned projects
- Collaborates on agenda preparation and coordinates project meetings
- Prepares, monitors, and tracks grant budgets
- Analyzes project-related information and facilitates next steps in implementation
- Schedules patient appointments as required by the project scope
- Prepares and maintains records, reports, correspondence, and the director’s curriculum vitae

Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or High School Diploma/GED and 2 years of experience in project or administrative support

- Maintains professionalism and confidentiality in a dynamic environment
Physical and Environmental Demands
- Occasional working hours significantly beyond regularly scheduled hours
- Occasional traveling to offsite locations
