Responsibilities
- Drive Johnstone Supply NJ’s customer sales program initiatives.
- Work within the sales operations team to implement all sales and marketing programs, solutions, and enhance the customer communication experience.
- Support a collaborative vision in the marketplace and execute that vision.
- Communicate and execute revolutionary programs to support and engage customers.
Essential Job Functions
- Implement and execute all sales and marketing programs, solutions, and enhance the customer communication experience.
- Provide administrative support, perform research, customer follow-up, create reports, and maintain spreadsheets to deliver insights and information regarding markets, competitors, customers, and effectiveness of campaigns and programs.
- Process and manage submissions, applications, and documentation for company programs and activities.
- Plan logistical support.
- Make recommendations and ensure clear execution of internal company communications, including newsletters, memorandums, and documents to all branch team members within the region.
- Contribute to showroom merchandising strategies.
- Proofread and communicate marketing materials including emails, presentations, newsletters, and collateral.
- Possess intelligence gathered within the market to support market research for determining brand perceptions, understanding customer needs, evaluating market penetration, and analyzing competitors.

- Work closely with members of the marketing, counter sales, inside and outside sales teams.
