Program Supervisor, Education

Responsibilities

• Instructional Oversight & Program Quality
• Monitor and support instructional program delivery to ensure adherence to Catapult Learning standards and educational outcomes.
• Partner with the Instructional Excellence Team to implement high-quality programming.
• Conduct regular informal and formal lesson observations; provide coaching and feedback to teachers.
• Support teachers in developing instructional strategies and schedules tailored to student needs.
• Aid in student assessments and provide support in conferencing with families and school staff.
• School & District Relationships
• Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with principals, classroom teachers, and district representatives.
• Communicate regularly with school partners to ensure smooth program implementation and satisfaction.
• Report instructional concerns and supply needs to the Area Manager/Regional Director.
• Collaborate with the Area Manager to address program challenges or instructional issues.
• Operational & Administrative Support
• Manage program library and oversee materials inventory, ordering, and organization.
• Ensure program spaces meet safety and appearance standards conducive to learning.
• Submit monthly reports and additional documentation to leadership as required.
• Assist with contract renewal and growth of existing programs.
• Support teachers with the completion of company, district, or state-required documentation.
• Lead monthly team meetings to address instructional and operational updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Valid teaching certificate
• Knowledge of MAP data and ability to coach teachers
• At least two years related supervisory experience in education
• Ability to teach all basic skills or other related areas and interact with students and administrators
• Must be able to handle multiple priorities and travel between multiple school sites
• Understand that all children can learn
• Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude towards internal and external customers
• Flexible
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
