Program Supervisor BHT
Community Bridges, Inc. About the role
The Program Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the program, providing guidance and direction to assigned staff, including training, scheduling, skills and knowledge verification, and ensuring adherence to agency policy and procedure. The role includes providing direct service to members as needed, participating in staffing and shadowing staff for quality assurance, and representing the program and agency positively. Responsibilities also involve coordinating with community partners, assisting with program presentations, and attending funder meetings when necessary. The Program Supervisor ensures data quality in HMIS entries, reviews staff documentation, and monitors HMIS reports.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day program operations.
- Provide guidance, training, and scheduling for assigned staff.
- Ensure staff adhere to agency policies and procedures.
- Provide direct service to members as needed.
- Participate in staffing and shadow staff for quality assurance.
- Represent the program and agency positively in the community.
- Coordinate with community partners and assist with program presentations.
- Attend meetings with funders when required.
- Ensure data quality in HMIS entries, including daily staffing emails, service transactions, and case notes.
- Review and ensure thorough documentation by staff according to CBI policy.
- Continuously review HMIS reports.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree or higher in a behavioral health-related field preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the behavioral health field required.
- Minimum of 12 months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
- Current AZ Driver’s License (valid and in good standing) required for Housing program staff.
- Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required for Housing program staff.
- Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) certification in accordance with A.A.C. R9-10-101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures.
- Fingerprint Clearance Card preferred.
- Peer Certification (if applicable).
