About the role

Program Supervisors (Coordinators) are responsible for the day-to-day operational functions and overall programming for the Community Based Placement Preservation and Stabilization Programs. They ensure all aspects of the programs operate efficiently and in accordance with Devereux’s policies and procedures, oversee and coordinate the daily activities of Community Based Programs, participate in program quality planning and monitoring as assigned, and are responsible for partial caseload as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of Community Based Programs
  • Participate in program quality planning and monitoring as assigned
  • Supervise Crisis (Family) Support Coordinators and DBT Coaches, ensuring staff development and job expectations are clearly defined and carried out
  • Address staff disciplinary actions as needed
  • Conduct annual staff evaluations for direct reports
  • Attend to all interviewing/hiring needs
  • Conduct on-the-job training for new staff

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Services or related field and one (1) year of related experience
  • Associate's Degree and two (2) years of related experience
  • High School Diploma or GED and four (4) years related experience
  • Minimum one (1) year of supervisory/leadership experience required; one (1) year of Devereux supervisory/leadership experience preferred (internal staff)

Qualifications

  • Must attend mandatory new hire orientation
  • Must be 21 years of age or older (per licensing standards)
  • Valid Arizona Driver's License & pass DMV 36-month history check
  • Pre-employment Physical and Job Demand Assessment (if applicable)
  • Drug test within 24 hours of offer with negative results
  • Current AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card with no restrictions (or eligibility to obtain with no restrictions)

Must have experience working in Behavioral Health, with families and at-risk youth, to be a positive role model and have an impact on our families!

Pay

$47,736.00 - $52,509.60

Schedule

Monday - Friday 9am-5pm; two weeks of on-call hours and one (1) weekend day per month required
