Program Specialist (Full-Time) (Vocational Services, Tucson)

About the role

The Program Specialist (Full-Time) in Vocational Services at Tucson is responsible for providing support to individuals with disabilities in achieving their employment goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in developing and implementing individualized employment plans.
• Coordinate services with other agencies to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
• Provide counseling and guidance to clients regarding job search strategies and workplace accommodations.
• Monitor client progress towards employment goals and adjust plans as necessary.
• Participate in regular meetings with team members to discuss client progress and service delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of vocational rehabilitation services and employment supports.
• Experience with data management systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
