Responsibilities
- Provide direct services to clients in need.
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement comprehensive plans of care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures set forth by Community Solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (social work, psychology, counseling, etc.) or equivalent experience.
- Valid California Driver’s License.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of mental health disorders.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
