Program Manager - Transformation and Strategic Projects - Full Time 8 Hours Day (Non-Union, Exempt)

About the role

The Program Manager facilitates initiatives across the hospital that promote operational excellence and business growth. Their primary responsibility is to manage the deployment of the hospital operating system by developing strategy A3, KPIs, project plans, visualization, and huddles for areas they are actively involved in.

Responsibilities

• Displays leadership and sound organizational and analytical skills, working collaboratively with operational and clinical leaders to improve operational performance.
• Manages initiatives that facilitate business growth.
• Manages special projects, including operationalizing new technologies and processes, business modeling, program and process development, creating collaborative relationships with all stakeholders, implementing lean design, developing business solutions with stakeholders, managing the integration of performance improvement projects in the organization, and analyzing data obtained.

Requirements

• Minimum (Required): Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Preferred (Not required): Master’s Degree or equivalent degree preferred.
• Minimum (Required): 2 years of experience in performance improvement and knowledge of lean principles, tools, and techniques.
