Program Manager - Compliance - AS Corporate Compliance - Full Time - 8 Hour - Days

About the role

The Compliance Program Manager supports the development, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of the Compliance Program for John Muir Health, John Muir Physician Network, John Muir Behavioral Health, and John Muir Health Foundation.

Responsibilities

• Supports the development, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of the Compliance Program
• Contributes to the Compliance Department’s goals and objectives
• Helps ensure the effective day-to-day operation of the Compliance Program

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare administration, health information management, public health, or a related field required
• Relevant experience in a related healthcare or compliance field, preferably in a hospital, health system, or other provider setting, required
• Direct experience supporting a healthcare compliance program required, including experience with compliance operations, policy implementation, auditing and monitoring, investigations, regulatory education, corrective action follow-up, or related program activities

Qualifications

• CHC – Certified Healthcare Compliance - Required or ability to obtain certification within twelve (12) months of acceptance of assignment

Pay

This position is 100% onsite in Walnut Creek, CA. Salary Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure. Pay will be adjusted to the local market if hired outside of the Bay Area.
